As part of the WRC team, you'll:
Ensure the rights of individuals are respected and upheld.
Utilize appropriate management and training techniques to address individual needs.
Provide continuous active treatment programs to promote independence.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment for individuals.
Complete administrative procedures to enhance the WRC mission.
Assist individuals in developing person-centered Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
Interact with individuals with sensitivity, dignity, and respect.
