  • Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

  • Length: 6+ months

  • Pay: 15.00 - 19.00 HR

  • Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P

    Responsibilities for this Transition Coordinator job include, but are not limited to:

  • Independent and timely review and processing of Non Registered Associates, Registered Admin and testing kits.

  • Ability to accurately and completely identify paperwork that is Not in Good Order.

  • Conduct check-in calls that are high quality and add value to the newly affiliated individual.

  • Send welcome e-mails to newly affiliated individuals that are professional and within Service Level Agreements.

  • Process transitioning business accurately and timely.

  • Contact Product companies for Change of Representative updates; update status on client tracking sheets.

  • Close all assigned opportunities in Salesforce timely and prevent backlog

  • What you need to have:

  • Ability to enter large amounts of data into various systems and spreadsheets quickly, independently, and accurately.

  • Accuracy in Processing Paperwork: Ability to quickly gain knowledge of paperwork requirements of Rep Kits, system access, and transition business processing.

  • Ability to meet defined Service Level Agreements while still proving speed and accuracy of work processing.

  • Positive Work Attitude: Portray a positive work attitude, be flexible and willing to adopt to change. Be respectful and helpful to other departments.

  • Oral and Written Communication Skills: Must be able to proactively contact clients, product companies, and the departments that we work with.

  • Ability to commutate via email and other written forums.

  • Flexibility to meet the business needs of the company.

  • Trouble Shooting Skills: Ability to resolve problems with little or no help from others.

  • Take ownership of issues until they are resolved.

    Qualifications for this Transition Coordinator job:
