This position will report to the Sr. leader of the Enterprise ECO Solutions Print initiative. This position will manage the day to day Lifecycle operations of the Enterprise Managed Print Program (ECO Solutions) at all administrative locations across the firm, including our international space.

Duties includes:

  1. Management and oversight of all vendors who provide on-site support services at various locations across Wells Fargo.

  2. Management of internal staff that leads Add, Move and Change activities of print hardware. This support also includes life-cycle refresh activities.

  3. Management of LOB relationships to ensure service offerings and functionality is understood.

  4. Leads and influence service expansion opportunities at administrative sites.

  5. Assist with enterprise print hardware decisions to ensure it meets enterprise requirements and enhances user experience and financial reduction objectives.

  6. Manages the financial hardware run rate forecast.

  7. Provides oversight as needed to ensure full adherence of enterprise program standards and objectives.

  8. Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.

  9. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technology

  • 3+ years of experience with strategic planning in a technology environment

  • 2+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment

  • 4+ years of vendor management experience

  • 4+ years managing a print environment

  • 2+ years of team or workforce management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business

  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of print industry and the various workflows

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
