This position (Business Continuity Officer for Technology Plans) is part of the Information Technology Disaster Recovery Management Business Continuity Officer team and will be responsible for providing support for the Wells Fargo Technology Business Continuity Planning program for Technology Plans.

This position will provide and ensure:

  • Monitoring and Oversight of the Business Continuity Planning Program compliance activities within Wells Fargo Technology. Identifying and reporting key risk issues through Information Technology Disaster Recovery Management risk reporting and to Plan Owners

  • Business Continuity Planning training and job aids as it relates to program requirements, policy changes, or changes to Business Continuity Planning methodology and tools.

  • Business Continuity Planning issues and concerns (e.g. planning and testing deficiencies, program concerns, and open risk items) are escalated.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience or a combination of both demonstrated through work, military, or education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes

  • Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 3+ years of business continuity planning experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions

  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings

  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo's Remedy Asset Management (PAC2000) application

  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
