This position is within Wholesale Technology area for Level 2 production support of the wholesale Customer Due Diligence application called Cornerstone. This application is one of the largest implementation of IBM BPM and IBM Integration Designer. This role would be responsible to monitor and manage application to ensure application availability and stability, coordinate with various Business, Platform and vendor teams, work on User Tickets and adhere to all Service Level Agreements. This role is an individual contributor position and the selected candidate would be expected to attain excellent application knowledge both Technical and Functional, Work User Tickets, perform Application Health Checks, provide Status Reporting, Improvement/Automation and other BAU responsibilities to include Incident and Problem Management.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience

  • 2+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education

  • 1+ year of IBM BPM experience

  • 1+ year of Incident Response Protocols and Tools experience

  • 1+ year of Oracle experience

  • 1+ year of experience working in a large enterprise network organization

  • 1 + years of experience supporting or designing high priority enterprise technology solutions

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management

  • Strong team or technical leadership experience

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) financial compliance investigations

  • Knowledge and understanding of Autosys

  • Solid problem solving skills

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to research and resolve confirmation discrepancies

  • Experience developing, supporting or integrating messaging technology such as Solace, Tibco or MQ

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology

  • 1+ year of financial services industry experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships

  • Experience designing and implementing multiple transport solutions supporting large scale metropolitan area (MAN) and wide area (WAN) networks

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work on call as assigned

  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays

  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance to the time zone for the market you are supporting
