This includes researching data, developing project plans, monitoring quality improvement activities, individual case or record review, serving as a resource and providing education to team members, providers and practitioners.less than/b>less than/span>less than/span>less than/div>less than/div>less thandiv>less thanbr>less thanb>The Gig:less than/b>less than/div>less thanul>less thanli>less thanspan>less thanspan>You will facilitate project participation or review and implementation with physicians, providers and team members, ensuring plans, tasks and timelines meet the Company and contracting agency requirements. You will identify, spread and provide education on improvement methods and processes to clients, providers, and practitioners.less than/span>less than/span>less than/li>less thanli>less thanspan>less thanspan>You will develop and maintain activity and/or project plans. You will ensure plans, tasks, and timelines meet contractual and Company requirements and guidelines. You will perform analysis on the results of the data collection. Based on the outcome of the analysis, determine areas for improvement.
