Description:

Greet customers and internal clients coming in from all over Answering phones Cleaning/setting up conference rooms for meetings lunches Order supplies off website/keep stocked Spreadsheet updating in excel (no formulas) Keep track of people who check out laptops, ipad, cards, and projectors Schedule hotel/travel Schedule flights for internal team members with travel agent (10% of job, if that) Work with vendors
