Quality Assurance Analyst 3

Do you have experience in research what is right vs. wrong? This position is looking for qualified candidates who can stay unbiased and professionally communicate their findings based on the research. Our Financial client is looking for candidates that can accurately and efficiently communicate and provide resolution.

Day to day:

• Receive internal complaints surrounding the branch

• Research the complaint with other LOB, different systems, and determine if this is a valid concern.

• If a concern the situation is accurate you will transfer the case to another high-level department that will do a further investigation.

• If not a concern you will document what you found and close the case

• Some phone work but not actually taking intake calls only communicating to gather information.

Experience:

• Home Mortgage-Home preservation

• Banking/financial services- AML experience

• Project management or research experience

• High-level HR/Internal investigations/

Responsibilities
