The Home Lending Retail Diverse Segments Leader will be responsible for leading and executing Affordable Lending Programs across Distributed Retail to achieve increased lending to low to moderate income and minority customers. Will be responsible for driving sustainable relationships with Industry partners as well as communicating with cross functional senior leaders across Distributed Retail.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Activate and execute Diverse Segments (DS) Sales strategic tactics and action plans for Distributed Retail channel against priority markets with specific focus on LMI customer, tract, and ethnic segments
Manage 10 Diverse Segment (DS) Market Consultants responsible for driving LMI and minority volume
Collaborate with business insights team to create MIS and performance data to measure performance
Review full market analysis and production reporting
Coach, manage and mentor DS Market Consultants
Develop and execute sales training and business planning
Negotiate, influence and collaborate to build internal and external relationships with bankers, cross-functional lines of business, referral sources and community leaders
Build and execute a repeatable implementation of tactics across the 5 divisions and within the priority markets
Build, measure and monitor performance metrics

10+ years of marketing experience, business development experience, or a combination of both
8+ years of management experience

Bilingual; English / Spanish speaker

Demonstrated understanding of African American/Hispanic housing landscape and emerging trends within the mortgage industry and financial services in general
Locations: Glen Allen, VA; Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Irving TX; Home Lending Hub Locations are preferred, however will consider other locations in the WF footprint.
Base salary range for this role is:
Compensation package may include a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentives.
