Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in the telecom space managing projects focused on residential business while reporting to executive level stakeholders.
Experience using data analytics tools like spreadsheets to measure business performance.
Experience with SQL, Salesforce or CRM tools to generate business tools and reports.
Experience managing or working in a retail environment.
Experience with business growth in a new market.
Experience managing diverse teams of temps, vendors or contractors to achieve business goals.
Ability to manage daily operations, projects, and tasks to completion with limited supervision.
The Google Fiber Field Sales team works on boosting customer growth in the West Des Moines area through direct acquisition channels.
As a Customer Acquisition Manager (CAM), you will help develop and manage the day-to-day execution of the market-level strategy for door to door, retail, and multi-tenant property business channels. You will be charged with leading a diverse team of temps and vendors to drive toward the achievement of goals required for customer growth. You will also work cross-functionally with local teams to support community relations efforts and ensure field escalations are resolved in a timely manner.

Develop detailed, data-informed tactical plans for the execution of the local field strategy across assigned channels.
Manage the hiring, on-boarding, and day-to-day operations of our local team, including daily/weekly meetings, training, reporting, field coaching and representing the Google Fiber team at local community events.
Partner with national/regional retail manager and assigned retail vendor to oversee the daily operations of at least one retail location in West Des Moines.
Manage local field escalations for all assigned channels, and ensure they are resolved within SLAs.
Gather local market insights and create relevant business reports for the dissemination of relevant field information.
