Maintenance Technician – 2nd and 3rd Shift Available

Seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Relocation package - $3750 for candidates living more than 50 miles away

  • Relocation package - $3750 for candidates living more than 50 miles away

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM; Monday – Friday.

  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Monday – Friday.

  • Starting hourly pay of $29.19, plus shift differential from 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

  • $3000 sign-on bonus, paid out in three increments.

  • Overtime available and assigned on rotational basis.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:

  • Operates, troubleshoots, and repairs production line machinery.

  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, rebuilds, and calibrations.

  • Performs quality checks, inventory control, sanitation duties, overhauls, and changeovers.

  • Utilize a CMMS to create and complete work orders and associated part transactions.

  • Maintains all required paperwork including but not limited to quality checks, production reports, and inventory documentation.

  • Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.

  • Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent, required .

  • 1-year degree in industrial maintenance, or related field, preferred

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferred .

SKILLS:

  • Previous food manufacturing experience is helpful.

  • Organizational, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to measure, inspect, and adjust machinery accurately.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and revise equipment manuals, policies, instructions, and schematics.

  • Experience with computers including CMMS, Microsoft, and PDF applications.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
