This includes oversight of the Quality department and associated processes, quality data analysis (COPQ), and reporting. This position is responsible for integration of Quality Management Systems, ISO9001/IATF16949 current Standards, Audits, Certification, Internal Audits, Customer Audits, Document Control and Intellect software platform.   1. Lead COPQ reduction efforts to ensure Quality Objectives are met.
  2. Lead the Audit Management process for all quality audits (internal, customer, supplier, and 3^rd^party) ensuring conformance to all requirements, thus maintaining certificates.

Maintain Lead Auditor certification, write and revise procedures and work instructions, perform and facilitate Internal Audits to ensure ISO9001/IATF16949 certification.

Supports the Quality Manager in leadingQuality processes including Receiving Inspection, ISIRs, Sort/Rework, MSAs, MRBs, and CAR process to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a thorough understanding of products and processes to correctly analyze and interpret customer problems and support effective solutions.

Support the Quality Engineer as the quality representative on design and development teams to research and communicate quality history, conduct MSAs, and contribute to the development of control plans to ensure quiet product launches.

Support material review and disposition of nonconforming or suspect products (MRBs), to ensure proper containment to prevent defective products from getting shipped to the customer.

Accurately prepare quality reports as requested by Management for their analysis and review.
