Youll work closely with senior leaders across Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales to quickly understand issues, perform analysis and implement scalable solutions.Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical and detailed-oriented individual who is capable of creating the structure to thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be an individual very comfortable with driving decisions through data and analysis, creating the analysis, influencing others, and be able to problem-solve with other groups to achieve the immediate, mid and long-term requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead operational and tactical efforts for Sales Forecasting, weekly pipeline, monthly and quarterly business reviews.Assist sales team to drive operational logistics including optimizing resource allocation across teams, measuring progress against sales goals, and assisting in key sales management meetingsDevelop, manage and report on key revenue and pipeline metrics and actively partner with Finance on forecasting.Assist with sales compensation plans and manage commission plans with Finance team across the sales organizationWork cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of key projects, while continually identifying opportunities for ongoing program improvements and enhancementsAssist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales planDevelop a world class global dashboard for bookings, pipeline and other analysisAssist with analytics to drive GTM Strategy and Account Segmentation
