The Role

Brokers Financial, an affiliated company of Brokers International, is an independent, full-service FINRA member broker dealer and SEC-Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). We are seeking an individual to fill our Operations Coordinator position. In this position, you will assist our Registered Representatives and/or customers to resolve incomplete or “bad order” applications.

Essential Job Functions

  • Process new business application accurately and within proper designated time frames.

  • Review paperwork received to ensure it is competed correctly with all required documents.

  • Contact Representatives and/or customers to resolve incomplete or “bad order” applications and/or requests and to find solutions to any problems or issues.

  • Consult with appropriate leaders/management as needed to deal with difficult or exception situations and problems.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

  • At least 1 year working directly with a broker-dealer, RIA or insurance processing experience preferred, but not required.

  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software, word processing software LaserFiche®, Netx360®, and Veo® systems a plus.

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 preferred, but not required.
