YRC Freight Logistics Representative II in Urbandale, Iowa
Responsible for driving sales through sales support administrative functions, requiring some insight into sales processes. Specific job content may cover such activities as data analysis, collection and system monitoring.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and requests in an expeditious manner.
Maintain accurate account data through account maintenance system to assure application of internal and external customer requirements.
Undertake administration and other office duties that leave the sales team free to focus on the busy business of selling.
Provides support to Onboarding and At-Risk accounts as determined by the sales team.
Prepares and distributes data and reports to assist the sales team.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of logistics or transportation experience.
Requires good organizational, administrative and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Two (2) years of logistics or transportation experience.
This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
