Job Description

HEDIS Project Manager will lead the work and deliverables of multiple HEDIS projects & programs, varying in complexity, from beginning through implementation. Projects may impact multiple processes, systems, functions and products as related to HEDIS and HEDIS Initiatives. These activities enable Aetna to improve health care quality products, services, and processes by partnering across business units to meet business needs and accomplish goals.Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Maintain true PM responsibilities as laid out with PM standardization- Manage leadership communication and reporting to help standardize our communication and processes - Support in the management and oversight of the Request Management System and Capacity Tool - Implementation improvement- Manage communication reporting for leadership - Dashboard management- Serve as PM for ongoing workgroups and projects - Support the Development of Program Resources including Dashboard Development, Desktop Development, Support Platform Design, Design and expand platforms for data support, Build, manage, monitor, maintain database management.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience3+ years of clinical and/or managed care experience in the healthcare industryProven track record managing projects, meeting project objectives and deliverablesProven communication skills, both written and verbalExperience collaborating across areas to gain consensus/drive toward a common goal

Preferred Qualifications

HEDIS project experienceQuality Management experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
