We are seeking to hire aiBranch Administrative Coordinatorifor our Treynor location. This position is responsible for providing clients, vendors, and visitors with an exceptional experience upon entering a TS Banking Group retail banking location. This role would also be responsible for fulfilling scheduled rotations at our in-store Hy-Vee branch.iPreferred education and experience: Possess a High School Diploma or GED certification required. Two years of experience as a receptionist or related experience required. Formal training may be substituted for experience.Location:iTreynor, IAExperience and Skills:Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and interact with guests in person, on the phone, and via email in a professional and friendly mannerPerform typing, data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as assignedMaintain the office calendar and conference room schedule, and coordinate catering and other resources needed to fulfill specific requestsOrder front office supplies and keep inventory of stockSign for incoming packages, receive mail, and retrieve faxes, and route them to TS Banking Group departments.Monitor office equipment for ink, toner, paper, and maintenance issuesAll persons entering the bank are expected to be greeted in a professional manner and immediately made to feel welcome. Determine the nature of their business, and direct them to appropriate area or person or announces visitors to appropriate personnel.Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required.Assist in supply ordering for branch or building as needed.Fold and stuff checking and savings statements and daily notices as needed.Sort mail and maintain mailboxes as ownership of the building mail, sorting and delivery to different departments and locations and ensure delivery in a timely manner.Tend to treats, coffee, and water for clients in the lobby area as needed.May serve as backup to the safe deposit box area as needed.Assist branch transaction activity with the branch team to ensure timely banking services to in branch clients.Assist retail team with phone traffic and client calls as needed.Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs.
