The Talent Recruiter is responsible for supporting the development of recruitment strategies and innovative approaches resulting in a strong talent pipeline and successful fulfillment of positions. The Talent Recruiter is the key contact for candidates and presents a strong brand recognition to leverage Blue Stone Therapy Solutions as an employer of choice.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Works directly with Blue Stone leadership to maximize recruitment strategies and build talent pipeline; understands hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner; makes appropriate recommendations based on knowledge of industry trends. Demonstrates knowledge in the full-cycle recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, compensation recommendations and formulating offers. In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, manages postings on the company recruitment website ensuring accuracy and full utilization of applicant tracking system. Maintains Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provides staffing metrics as requested by management. Identifies and implements various techniques (job postings, databases, internet sourcing, niche boards, networking, social media, campus recruiting, etc.) to source and identify active and passive candidates. Travels to communities to build relationships with schools and other appropriate key partnerships. Attends job fairs representing Blue Stone Therapy Solutions and markets to build brand recognition. Regularly markets Blue Stone in conjunction with organizational marketing strategies. Supports candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensures a positive candidate experience. Works closely with managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting and selection process. Works in collaboration of HR Admin Assistant to support the completion of all hiring requirements as needed (such as reference checks, background investigations, salary recommendations and negotiations, and offer letters) in a timely manner. Provides input in the tracking of key metrics designed to measure and pro-actively predict staffing needs and trends. Meet/exceeds key recruiting performance metrics. Practices and promotes company culture and core values at all times. Fosters and supports BSTS company performance, growth, expansion and viability. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Education and Experience
BA/BS Degree preferred Minimum of 2-years’ experience in in full-cycle high volume recruiting (healthcare setting preferred) Strong sourcing and research skills to attract talent. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to successfully market Blue Stone Therapy Solutions. Superior organization and management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently. Comfortable contacting individuals and making introductions via phone, email and in-person. Knowledge of employment laws and applicable to the recruiting process. (Recruiting knowledge of healthcare hiring standards preferred.) Experience in social recruiting channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and Google + Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and applicant tracking systems.
