CTG is assisting a client for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3 month contract!

Pay Rate:21.00/hour

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Process Invoices for Payment:

o Daily coding and input of data into Accounts Payable workflow system for multiple

entities

o Examine invoice documentation for compliance with company policies

o Communicate with vendors and branches to resolve issues

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 2-3 years of corporate Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume, high-pressure

environment

• Must have Accounts Payable workflow experience

• Thorough understanding of the Accounts Payable accounting process

• Must have Workday experience in supplier processing

• Strong organizational skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Requires organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Must be proficient in Excel and Word
