AVENTURE STAFFING Production Associate in Sheldon, Iowa
Production Associate - $18.00 hr. + DOE
Mon-Fri 6a-2:30p, possible OT as needed

A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you must be self-motivated, have excellent attendance, and be willing to work 40+ hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Read a tape measure to the 32^nd^. Be able to dial calipers and indicators.
- Read and interpret prints.
- Work in a position with another team member at all times.
- Keep work organized while paying attention to detail.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts and consistently lift 40-50lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret prints.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
