Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and route to appropriate people and departments

  • Greet and direct visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Provide support to the HR Team, other team members, and departments as appropriate

  • Oversee mail processes for the organization according to location specific procedures – preparing outgoing daily mail and process and deliver incoming mail

  • Coordinate reservations of meeting spaces, vehicles, and company equipment

  • Coordinate & purchase office supplies

  • Back up Kids Van Driver as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous front desk experience preferred

  • For backup Kids Van Drivers, Chauffer’s License must be obtained and maintained

Job Specifications:

  • Knowledge and experience with administrative duties, customer service, computers, and Microsoft applications

  • Strong interpersonal relations ability with good customer service skills

  • Excellent telephone communication skills

  • Strong organizational and keyboarding skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and ever changing environment

  • Work well with others in a team atmosphere

  • Must be flexible and possess cultural awareness
