The University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking anAdministrative AssociateOffice of the ChancellorThe Administrative Associate provides administrative and project support for the Chancellor under the supervision/direction of the Chancelloris Executive Assistant.ii Key responsibilities include correspondence (electronic and hard copy), management of physical and electronic filing systems (placement, organization, and storage), assist with meeting agendas and summaries, managing events and visitors in the Chancelloris suite (greeting, managing the conference rooms, meals as needed, etc), and assist with Chancelloris Office operations and support of staff in Chancelloris Office as needed.ii Required Qualifications:Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.Three years of administrative supporti or comparable experiencei Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization are needed to be effective. Experience with common office software (Microsoft Office suite). Familiarity with web and social media as a form of communication.
