2021-26If you need assistance filling out this application please contact (641) 394-3188.$500 sign on bonus/ $500 bonus upon successful completion of 6-month evaluation period.iiiiJob ObjectiveiTo accurately receive, verify and accept shipments of parts and supplies and maintain and process all assigned documents in a current and complete status.To prepare all outgoing goods for prompt and accurate shipment according to established procedures, timetables and special instructions.To locate and stage inventory as required for sub-contract and production.To move material from one department to another, in order to meet operational flow. Locate inventory when required.To locate and do physical count of parts as a basis for maintaining accurate inventory levels; to ensure a smooth flow of material through the facilityiDuties and Responsibilitiesi1.Unloads and accepts shipments, verifies received shipments against purchase orders, notifying Supervisor as required for assistance in resolving discrepancies or other problems. If necessary, files freight claim and notifies all concerned parties.i2.Loads outbound shipments, verifies units loaded with the carrier, notify supervisor of any discrepancies. Reviews freight nightly to ensure all pick-ups were made. Notifies CSR and carriers of missed pick-ups. i3.Aides Supervisor/Coordinator in establishing a close relationship with all carriers concerning discounts/tariffs while relaying any problems and concerns to them. Maintains carrier ratings to ensure carriers are complying with routing letters, notifying procurement and accounting of any necessary debits due to non-compliance.i4.Checks messages and prints appropriate reports daily to monitor urgent product/supplies and notifies respective departments of arrival. Accurately records the date and quantity of all parts and supplies received, delivers to respective department and completes and forwards all required paperwork to ensure accurate records are maintained for invoicing and traceability.i5.Keeps accurate job records by entering components, finished goods and their traceability into inventory to prevent and ensure parts are not misplaced. i6.Designee is required to cycle count on a regular basis making adjustments accordingly while notifying PandIC and CSR.of those adjustments.i7.Checks messages from all areas for items they are unable to locate, investigates, looks for and provides assistance as needed in locating these items.i8.To advise various in-house departments, suppliers and customers concerning packaging, routings, freight costs/quotes to ensure cost efficiency and timely deliveries.i9.Is daily required to follow procedures to create Orders to Pick Report and Missing Product Spreadsheet to ensure customer receives product when requested.i10.According to customer order documentation, pulls from inventory assemblies and parts Finalizes packaging of finished product and/or goods to prepare for shipment, taking note of any special shipping instructions concerning routings, address changes, bar-coding, package restrictions, proper billing, additional label requirements and forwarding of documents. i11.Maintains carrier/shipping and packaging information for each customer and updates as required to ensure compliance and avoid excess shipping charges by customer. May be required to go to various web-sites to determine proper routing for customers. Prepares shipping documentation, which may include BOL, shipping order, exports, air-bill, pick up logs, government forms and ASN sheets. i12.Marks addresses clearly and accurately on shipments, enters into our company shipping system. Prepares small parcel shipments accordingly and sets in designated area for pick up. Truck shipments are palletized, stretch wrapped, tagged with specified freight line and set on dock to await loading; calls the necessary freight lines to ensure prompt pick-ups; also assists in tracking freight.Adheres to pre-routed shipments to avoid overcharges by cus
