ZIEGLER INC Sales Coordinator in New Hampton, Iowa

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. Duties include: supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines.Responsibilities:Serves as main line of support for sales representativesPoint of contact for walk in traffic and area customersCreates and maintains sale and lease agreementsSchedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sitesFinalizes invoices, estimates, and credits for transactionsUpdates equipment status, work order status, and yard statusFiles warranty registrations and maintains warranty data in DBSAdditional administrative tasks as seen fitKeep up to date and accurate recordsTimely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoicesAbility to multi-task on technical issuesGather information to aid in warranty claimsAnswers incoming calls from sales representatives or vendersFollows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactionsWorks in a cooperative manner with team and employeesAbility to guide employees in an effective mannerQualifications:4 year degree or comparable work experience; High School Diploma or GED requiredPersonal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, ProfessionalismAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative supportAble to manage time effectivelyBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum Physical Requirements:Walking, talking, hearingWorking conditions may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
