Qualified applicants will have the ambition ans passion to help drive overall business strategy by communicating the customer voice.Duties and Responsibilities:Build strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention by providing an amazing customer experience.Attract and retain potential customers by maintaining ans exemplifying professional and technical knowledge of product ans services.Work with a variety of customers to satisfy their needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.Supports a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process improvements.Suggests/recommends products ans services to customers to meet organizational sales goals, all while coordinating future sales efforts with other departments.Raises awareness of potential new products and/or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.Contributes to team success and company strategies by accomplishing organizational goals.Other duties assigned by managerQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 1-2 years Customer Service or sales experienceAbility to operate PC based programsEffective communication skills, both verbal ans written and can convey information clearly and conciselyDemonstrates a commitment to provide superior customer serviceAbility to make sound customer services decisions, while balancing the best interest of the company ans the customerProfessional in attitude and actionsEfficient time management skills and ability to prioritize workBi-lingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
