The Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting and assisting customers with routine requests, questions and concerns while developing relationships with existing and prospective customers through consistent delivery of customer service. This role will perform administrative tasks, and assist with marketing items and event planning.Key Job ResponsibilitiesiProvide a great first impression when welcoming guests. Direct guests to the waiting area or appropriate department.iAnswer incoming phone calls, directly handle and/or research routine requests, questions and concerns, or determine appropriate employee to transfer call to. iPerform administrative tasks and staff support to departments as needed.iAssist the marketing department with promotional materials, campaigns, graphic design, and event planning.iAssist with scanning documents and maintaining complete and organized electronic records.iProvide consistent delivery of customer service in order to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.iIdentify customersi needs through effective listening skills, asking clarifying questions, and communicating opportunities to the customer, referring to other lines of business as appropriate. iAssure confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.iCultivate a culture that supports our core values through innovation, creativity, teamwork and diversity.Requirements:Education & ExperienceiMinimum 2 yearsi experience in banking preferred.
