Position Responsibilities:

  • Promote safety awareness and keeping safety as a number one priority on a daily basis.

  • Support our culture of 5S organization and accountability on the floor, driving safety & efficiency.

  • Perform changeovers and complete appropriate documentation.

  • Clean blenders/material changes, mix or oversee the mixing of resin, ensure scrap is weighed and recorded.

  • Make machine adjustments as needed, request maintenance, and document concerns.

  • Perform quality checks, ensure tools are in correct location, ink room is in order and all secondary equipment is set and functionality tested.

  • Bill of Material adjustments and corrections.

  • Clean around extruders and blenders.

  • Document safety or maintenance concerns.

Essential Functions:

  • Lift, push, pull, and move up to 60lbs.

  • Walk, bend, stretch, crawl, and balance.

  • Ability to see, hear and communicate regularly.

  • Standing for extended periods of time.

  • Frequently climb towers of up to 35 ft. high. No fear of heights.

  • Safe operation of all equipment

  • Wear all personal protective equipment required by Company policy and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Schedule: 7pm – 7am, bi-weekly schedule consists of one 3 day week and one 4 day week. Every other weekend.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Must possess good communications skills in English, both written and oral.

  • Must have a good working knowledge and experience in blown film extrusion and related processes.

  • Solid understanding of process and equipment capabilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to provide guidance and leadership

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

  • Excellent attendance and safety record.
