LAURENS COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT 1st Grade Elementary Teacher in LAURENS, Iowa
Laurens-Marathon Community School has a First Grade Elementary teaching position for the 2023-2024 school year in a self-contained classroom.
Our school district currently has 150 students that range from preschool through 6th grade. Our district offers two medical plans, including a high deductible plan with a health savings account, life insurance policy, long term disability coverage, IPERS, dental coverage and vision coverage.
Laurens is located in the northwest corner of Pocahontas County in Iowa with a population of about 1200 people. Laurens is known as the "Busiest Little Town in Iowa" because of the industries. Some of the industries that are located in Laurens are Positech Corporation, Jack Links, Fisher Hydraulics and Pengo Attachments.
