Appointment is contingent upon appropriate institutional approval and credentialing for hospital privileges, the successful verification of your education credentials and the satisfactory completion of all background checks. Work hours are variable Monday through Friday and compensation is provided at the rate of $130 per hour.Education Requirement: MD, DO, MBBS or equivalent.Required Qualifications: Successful completion of an approved residency training program in Anesthesiology. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in the State of Iowa.Certifications: Candidates must be certified by the American Board of Anesthesiologists or be in the certification process. On occasion, individuals trained outside of the United States and who are certified by an equivalent national certification group (e.g. the Royal College of Anesthetists of Canada, Australia, Ireland or Great Britain) may be considered if they possess unique skills and/or experience.Desirable Qualifications: Either fellowship training or equivalent clinical experience in any of the aforementioned subspecialty areas.
