As a Shift Leader, you may be responsible for: Providing/modeling Gold Standard Service, preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food and leading/coaching crew members and managers to meet target goals during your shift. Requirements:

Positive, upbeat and friendly attitude! 1 year of management experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants will be subject to a background check.
