The Consumer Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for the development and design of workflow and procedures for consumer loans after closing. Manages Consumer Loan Servicers and their duties while ensuring efficiency and overall productivity.i Maintains customer loan documentation, handles customer reports and assists in servicing existing loan accounts.Manages the daily operations of the consumer loan servicing team.Creates consumer loan workflow for post closing and servicing.Develops procedures and trains staff as needed.Services loan customers' existing loan account relationships:iiiii -Processes draw requestsiiiii -Processes paymentsiiiii -Handles inquiriesiiiii -Handles payoff requestsiiiiiSecures, maintains and releases collateral.Sets up, organizes, and images consumer and home equity loans files.Responsible for incoming telephone callsUses Microsoft Word to:iiiii -Prepare letters and correspondenceiiiii -Prepare various notificationsiiiii -Type memos, emails, and various internal correspondenceReviews loan documents and reports to ensure integrity of data input/stored in Navigator (bankis mainframe system). May include note maintenance check back, file documentation reviews, or other compliance reviews.Inputs, updates, and reviews data/reports from the document imaging system. Requires frequent scanning.i May perform quality control review of scanned documents.Supports Escrow Analysis, Hazard Insurance monitoring, and Flood Insurance requirementsMonitor imaged loan files for missing and expired documentation.Designs, maintains, pulls and monitors reports and forms using Excel and Director.Works on other related projects as assigned by department officers which may include:ResearchSpreadsheetFinancial spreadsMay act as a notary public for the bank.Performs other duties in the market as assigned such as miscellaneous filing and back up for other loan operations support staff.
