Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO):
Oversees all aspects of resident/tenant care and satisfaction, personnel management, financial management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and maintenance/upkeep of all facilities and grounds of the care center, assisted living, and other entities/service areas, as applicable
Embodies and exemplifies a positive, caring, team-oriented leadership style, with an emphasis on Person Directed Care philosophy and a recognition that residents, tenants, and team members are ABCM's number one priority
Qualifications / Requirements
Active Iowa Nursing Home Administrator license or ready to sit for Boards within a minimum of six (6) months
Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) and Person Directed Care (PDC) preferred
Must have excellent communication skills and experience leading and motivating teams
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Job Type: Full-Time
Annual Salary Range: $70,000/yr to $120,000/yr, Negotiable (DOE)
