The Big Task
You will locate, recruit, interview, and hire individuals who fit the Golden Rule culture and have the right character to live by the Golden Rule!
Competencies for Success
Manage and drive the full life cycle of the recruitment process which encompasses defining roles, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent
Effectively communicate the Golden Rule mission and culture to help candidates understand the impact and value to our customers
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Develop targeted and meaningful content, employer positioning, and messaging that differentiates Golden Rule as the top workplace
Build and implement campaigns and programs to drive growth within our target market
Analyze and optimize recruitment marketing initiatives based on metrics and ROI
High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
Working to continue to improve the candidate journey from start to finish
Monitor employer brand health and competitor activity to stay current on best practices and trends
Manage recruiting materials needed for hiring events and campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Marketing, Human Resources, or Business or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment Marketing and full-cycle recruiting is required
3+ years of prior employer brand, digital and/or content marketing experience
Strong analytical abilities, specifically surrounding campaign performance
Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
Must be both tactical and strategic and have the ability to communicate overall strategic vision as well as execution details
Excellent organizational, strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are a must
Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
Medical Insurance – Health is only $5 per pay period per employee. From years 1-4 of employment, there are tiered rates where portions of family health is also covered
After 5 years, health for the ENTIRE family is only $5 per pay period!
Dental Insurance – company paid premium
Vision Insurance offered - $1.41 per pay period
Life Insurance – company provided $25,000 term life policy. Additional voluntary life insurance offered
