Burlington Client has immediate Maintenance opportunities.iMaintenance for nights 12 hour shift 2 week rotating schedule 5:00 PM i 5:00 AMiWeek 1 :iMon, Tue, Fri, SatiWeek 2 Sun, Wed, ThursdayJOB TITLE:iiMaintenance MechanicKEY RESULTS AREASiiAssures the building and machines are functional and operational in such imanner as to preserve product integrity.iiEnsure the Maintenance Foreman maintains a general overview ofiiareas and its happenings.iiTo fill out a iDAILY WORK SHEETi and make icleari and idetailedi notes i on it.iiPay attention to areas for cleanliness of floors, borders, trash, pallets. ]Oriinsect or rodent activity to ensure that the building is maintained in a clean orderly fashion.iiTake action to correct mechanical problems or unsafe conditions.iiDo scheduled preventative maintenance each week and assigned Work Orders.iiAssist in the receiving, inspection and proper storage of Maintenanceisupplies.iiHelp control inventory by leaving note when the last item is used, or inithe case of frequently used items when we have one left.iMaintenance MechaniciiThe following items shall be closely monitored and any noticediiirregularities should be immediately assigned action. (Discussed with Maintenance Foreman to come to a solution, repaired, or put on week end repair list)i iiiiiiMachine operations and concerns of operatorsi iiiiOil leaksi iiiiUnusual noises or odors from machines.i iiiiItems from Maintenance storage being either dirty or out of place.i iiiiMaintenance items from parts shelves left in production oriproduction storage areas.i iiiiSafety procedures.i iiiiSigns of pest infestation.iiMake a complete tour of plant during shiftiresolve or note issues.iiWhen problem solving, make use of plant experience, obtain information from all possible sources before setting a course of action.iiiPerform any other duties that superior may assign.iiKeeps appropriate people informed of actions or events that affect departmental operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.iiiMakes recommendations for improvements to the Maintenance Foreman.iiDiscusses potential problems, programs, and policies with the Maintenance Foreman.ii Communicate openly with fellow employeesiJOB SPECIFICATIONSiiEducation and ExperienceiHigh school diploma and at least 2iyearsi experienceiworking as facility. Mechanical or electrical maintenance.iiKnowledge, Skills, and Abilitiesi1.iKnowledge of basic mechanics.i2.iKnowledge of basic electricity.i3.iiKnowledge of pneumatics or hydraulics.i4.iSkill of welding.iiii1. iTo help the company to remain competitive for the long term.i2.
