Arnold Motor Supply and its sister company, The Merrill Company, divisions of The Arnold Group of Companies, started in Spencer, Iowa, in 1927. Qualifications
Must be passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of our customers!
Significant knowledge of automotive parts and industry experience is strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
A commitment to being a strong team member
A “get-it-done” attitude!
Strong communication skills and a love of engaging with people!
Ability to work flexible retail hours (schedules are often 7:30-5:30) including alternating Saturdays
Physical/Other Requirements
Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds.
Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking and sitting.
Basic computer proficiency; ability to utilize telephone
