The Analyst works under the direction of the Compliance Communications management and coordinates aspects of the daily function in the department. This position requires collaborating with outside vendors for problem resolution.
Run reports and analyze data in software systems.
Provide financial professionals with technology and troubleshooting support for social media provisioning and encrypted email accounts.
Setup new user access in software systems to conduct supervisory email review
Educate financial professionals on maintaining confidentiality when sending client information via email.
Ensure external and internal policies and procedures are adhered to by internal and external users
Maintain working knowledge of industry compliance, key industry topics, procedures, issues and concerns.
Organize and maintain departmental information, including department spreadsheets, database software and standard operating procedures
Collaborate internally to seek and promote opportunities for improving processes, delivering best practices and enhancing efficiencies.
Serve as knowledge leader and mentor within the department including, but not limited to training, coaching, and answering questions.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers and supply information as needed at request of management, company associates, and financial professionals
Develop and maintain positive relationships with financial professionals by providing excellent customer service and exemplifying Cambridge core values.
Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training.
