As a spotter driver you will be responsible for moving trailers around the yard and backing them in and out of various dock doors. You will also assist with loading and unloading product and will keep daily yard inventories. Must be able to work outside in winter conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily yard inventories of trailers available
• Check oil and belts on refrigerated trailers
• Move trailers in the yard and back them into open dock doors efficiently
• Assists in loading and unloading product
• Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs and Quality standards
• Effectively utilize time available to achieve results through prioritizing load out needs
• Maintains an air of professionalism and communicates effectively
• Other duties as assigned or required

• May be frequently exposed moving mechanical parts and forklifts.
• Occasionally exposed to wet / humid / cold conditions (non-weather)

• Occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid CDL A Drivers license
• Ability to work in cold temperatures
• Demonstrate proficiency in essential tasks of the job and a willingness to learn
• Demonstrate problem solving and decision making ability, as needed
