Dupaco Credit Union Business Services Representative in Dubuque, Iowa

As a Business Services Representative, you’ll be responsible for expanding existing business relationships by connecting them with Dupaco’s various cash management products and services to best fit their needs. If you want a career where you make a difference, this opportunity is for you!

You’ll be:

  • Collaborating with Dupaco’s team of business lenders, member services representatives, branch managers and community outreach & education representatives to expand cash management and merchant services offerings - this includes but is not limited Automated Clearing House (ACH) origination, business Visa, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and merchant services

  • Providing a full range of professional, sales and relationship support to business members

  • Engaging in individual and joint business calls and traveling for on-site visits with new and existing business members

  • Meeting with business members to discuss appropriate cash management products and services to meet the member’s needs

  • Double checking and monitoring all business account forms and paperwork for our branches to ensure proper procedures were followed

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new or enhanced cash management products and services

  • A team player helping with other jobs, duties and responsibilities as needed

You’ll need:

  • One to two years of experience in cash management, retail banking, and/or sales environment

  • Excellent written and verbal skills to professionally communicate with staff and members

  • High energy, self-motivation, and strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Capability to make sound decisions with a thorough knowledge and understanding of Dupaco products, services and operating procedures

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, assume responsibility, and problem solve in a fast pace environment
