You’ll be:

  • Responsible for correspondence, answering questions and performing follow-up with business member accounts.

  • Prepares presentations, supporting materials and RFPs for business members.

  • Responsible for meeting with internal stakeholder to facilitate smooth member onboarding and processing.

  • Provides a full range of professional and relationship support to internal stakeholders.

  • Will be trained in IRA’s, specifically SEPS and Simples so that they can assist with retirement issues and help facilitate introductions to DFS for 401(k) planning and HSA administration with our commercial members.

  • Responsible for updating the Burst and Navigator on those processes and products/services.

  • Will double check and monitor all business account forms and paperwork for all branches to ensure procedures were followed.

  • Assists in development and implementation of new or enhanced cash management products and services.

  • Responsible for knowledge and understanding of applicable compliance and regulations pertaining to scope of responsibility.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You’ll need:

  • Two to four years of experience with cash management, business banking, and/or retail banking experience and sales/business management required.

  • Ability to assume responsibility and solve problems in a fast paced environment.

  • Must be self-starter with high energy and motivation.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills to professionally communicate with staff.

  • Ability to solve problems in a timely manner.

  • Must be familiar with financial regulations.

  • Strong technology background.

  • 2-4 years: Cash management, business banking, and/or retail banking experience and sales/business management
