Lube-Tech also operates Reliable Plus, a vehicle wash company that provides product and service solutions to customers within the c-store, grocery, fleet, and automotive industries.JOB SUMMARY:The Warehouse and Route Driver will have responsibility for acting as a Warehouse Operator (50% of the role) by loading and unloading materials within our Distribution Center. Along with acting as a CDL Route Driver (50% of the role) by safely handling and delivering Lube-Tech products.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Warehouse ResponsibilitiesUsing forklift and/or pallet jacks to accurately pick orders and loading freightReceiving of vendor receipts and transfersInspects materials for nonconformities, following non-conforming process if necessaryUses the warehouse management system utilizes scanners to maintain accurate inventoryWrap pallets securely for shipmentPreparation of hazardous materials for shipment, including completing DOT HAZMAT paperwork as necessaryPack cartons correctly and stack cartons on palletsTransfer bulk products into drums, totes and pailsFollows work instructions according to company policies and proceduresFollow all safety guidelines and regulationsDriver ResponsibilitiesSafely and accurately deliver products to customers on timePortray a positive company image through attentive customer service and professional appearance, positive interaction and high work-ethicSafely and accurately deliver products to customers on timePortray a positive company image through attentive customer service and professional appearance, positive interaction and high work-ethicMoving trailers in and out of dock doors and/or repositioning trailers within parking lotMaintain current drivers license with appropriate endorsements and medical cardComply with DOT hours of service rules and maintain truck operation in full compliance with DOT regulationsUtilize driver paper logbooks as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:High school diploma/GED equivalent, including basic math and literacy skillsExperience/Training: 1 year of driving experience, preferably in a similar industryMeets all D.O.T. qualifications in accordance with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations, Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations.Must be able to effectively communicate to maintain positive relations with team membersCapable of standing, walking and repeatedly climbing into and out of truck tractor or forklift several times throughout the day.
