For more information, check outRole Summary/PurposeThe Transformation Director will be responsible for improving top business priority challenges, partnering with the multiple functions within the entire FieldCore (Field Operations, Resource Operations, IT, Finance, Quality, EHS, etc.) to identify business gaps, process inefficiencies, and simplification opportunities with a primary focus on Resource and Field Operations inclusive of Resource and Service Manager personas. The Transformation Director will integrate and develop processes that meet cross-business needs in a highly matrixed environment, solve complex business priorities, improve employee efficiencies all while contributing to the overall business strategy.Essential FunctionManage complex processes, master data, enabling technology, and defined roles and responsibilities with a continuous improvement mindset aligned the FieldCore business imperatives.Drive rigor with the continuous improvement process. Ensure the business follows the various tollgates.Work across multiple functions in highly matrix environment to drive process improvements, leading by influence around job scoping, planning, resource demand and dispatching, field execution and closeout.Own the organization change management (OCM) process and drive process industrialization across FieldCore Regions and Service Lines.Use Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive organization change resulting in desired outcomes.Manage indirect teams collaborating cross-functionally and coach other projects across functions.Deep dive into a specific area, understand the issue at hand, perform needed analysis, conduct team workout where needed, implement improvements, ensure impact is achieved and that solution is sustainable in a control state, finally transition to process owner.Maintain wholistic understanding of business operations and downstream process impacts. Connect dots and explain change impacts across all stakeholdersDrive a culture across business being simple, nimble and fast. Effectively execute decisions based on data driven outcomes and be an agent of change considering people, process and systems implications with digitally enabled improvementsDrive standardization, solutions and optimization of FieldCore business processes. Strive for global consistency with digital solutions and regional inclusion.Identify gaps in business process and address those gaps with realistic solutions. Develop processes that contribute to the overall business strategy and meet resource needs across segments.Ensure impact across Fulfillment 5 and financial objectives, plus improve the SM/FE/Supervisor/Craft effectivenessPartner with region leadership to communicate and train field employees on new processes; drive adoption with employees.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications/Requirements11+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge6+ years managing and/or developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types5+ years of specialized/industry experienceBachelor's degree and or Master's degree from Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering or Project ManagementStrong team player who works to make the entire team successful, regardless of reporting lines, not bound by strict role description and proactively seeks solutions to remove roadblocksEnglish proficiency requiredDesired CharacteristicsExperience in power generation or techn
