Principal Stock Plan Services Customer Experience Intern (Summer 2021) in Des Moines, Iowa

As a Stock Plan Services Customer Experience Intern you'll focus on efforts that shape the customer and internal staff experience. This opportunity will look at how we educate and better serve our business owners as they sell their business to their employees in the form of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). If you have a passion for cross collaboration, problem solving, and want exposure to provide solutions that improve the customer experience, this may be the role for you!

  • Current enrollment as an undergraduate in Communications or Marketing or equivalent experience.

  • 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.

  • Involvement on campus through extracurricular activities or within the community.

  • Collaboration and networking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.

  • Creative thinking and a customer-centric mentality.

  • Ability to interact with and understand customer data to draw insights and conclusions.

  • Strong analytical and process mentality.

  • Approach challenges as a way to sharpen problem solving skills.

Internship location will be either onsite in Des Moines, IA or virtually from your location selection. Decisions on the location will be shared throughout the interview process.
