The Role

The Senior Offer Management Analyst role within offer management will work to increase profitable revenue and support sales in Wholesale vertical. This position will perform detailed, customer-specific pricing analysis to formulate competitive and profitable service offerings and will help coordinate final customer contracts to support these offerings. The Senior Offer Management Analyst will act as sales’ trusted advisor for offer definition and deal negotiation in support of accelerating sales productivity.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate complex pricing strategies and models to help ensure long-term profitable growth.

  • Providing consultations for unique product pricing, special pricing, and approvals.

  • Develop persuasive responses aimed at major accounts in Wholesale that focus on the customer's needs and why Lumen is the best choice for meeting those needs.

  • Navigate and negotiate complex contract requests.

  • Able to structure deals creatively.

  • Work with a large ecosystem and directly interact with legal, product, and finance to solve for business decisions.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business or finance experience.

  • 2-4 experience.

  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills and comfort with developing and supporting marketing metrics and reporting on measures of success such as Payback.

  • Verbal and written communication skills appropriate for supporting sales management.

  • Must be very detail oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.

  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.

  • Capable of working with little supervision.

  • Must be very detail oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
