UnityPoint Health Senior Digital Campaign Specialist in Des Moines, Iowa

The Senior Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible the development and management of digital marketing campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook, and marketing automation programs. This position partners closely with UnityPoint Health’s digital partners to design and deploy campaigns that drive results that align with business objectives. Responsible for coordinating digital marketing budgets, and making campaign recommendations for helping business units achieve strategic goals. The Senior Digital Campaign Specialist works closely the Senior Digital Specialist and regional business partners to deploy campaigns that follow SEO best practices.

Lead acquisition campaign design and development in alignment with regional service line priorities

  • Coordinate quarterly service line campaign planning sessions

  • Partner with digital agency to design advanced display, pay-per-click, video, social media and other digital campaigns

  • Leverage campaign metrics to optimize campaigns across channels

  • Ensure UnityPoint Health service line priorities are aligned with appropriate campaign channels

  • Manage campaign budgets in partnership with regional marketing teams

  • Work in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Sprout Social

  • Partner with Senior Digital Specialist to deploy best in class landing page strategies

  • Stay abreast of best practices and digital trends to ensure UnityPoint Health remains on the cutting edge of digital advertising

Lead Implementation of Marketing Automation Programs

  • Coordinate design of marketing automation programs, leveraging CRM for audience development and ensuring campaign coordination across channels

  • Be a super user for marketing automation platform, leading channel optimization strategies

  • Develop advanced audience targeting strategies by using consolidated consumer data sources to deploy trigger marketing

  • Oversee email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns, partnering with creative teams to deploy compelling content that will drive conversions

  • Implement cross-channel campaigns, leveraging Marketing Automation platform to track leads through all digital channels, including email, display, pay-per-click, social media, etc.

Oversee Topline Marketing and Campaign Metrics

  • Manage analytics and leverage insights to continually optimize campaigns and report on performance through the use of UnityPoint Health’s campaign dashboard

  • Leverage CRM system to consolidate campaign data to report on KPIs on a monthly basis

  • Connect campaign and tactical metrics to topline UnityPoint Health business objectives

  • Share data with regional partners and leaders across the system as appropriate

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of tactical data and its connection to topline business objectives

  • Create ad hoc report for business needs

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field

  • Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field preferred.

  • Certification in Google Analytics preferred

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing and campaign experience

  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred

Skills:

  • Experience in managing and executing online marketing campaigns

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords, with aptitude to become certified

  • Experience in Facebook Ads manager

  • Experience working with or within an organization that has multiple service lines with multiple target segments

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel

  • Be a critical thinker with the ability to understand and evaluate all relevant data and troubleshoot when necessary

  • Must have strong project management skills

  • Ability to work as a team member, creating and maintaining effective working relationships.

  • Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures
