Your day will be filled with:
Consulting and partnering with leaders, product managers, architects, and others to enable and achieve business objectives
Navigating through ambiguity to capture a business landscape and future vision that marries in the customer viewpoint, advances capabilities, highlights differentiators, and is used to drive action and results
Utilizing the business architecture framework and concepts in a way that brings value and resonates with the unique needs of the audience, situation, and key objectives
Educating and helping others so they have what they need to advance capabilities and meet customer needs
Contributing to enterprise initiatives and broad viewpoints
Embracing and championing new challenges and opportunities, and encouraging an environment of innovation, discovery, and growth
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years of experience of related work experience
Background in strategic development, consulting and/or business transformation preferred
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving and big picture/conceptual skills
Strong facilitation, interviewing, negotiation, relationship-building and collaboration skills
Excellent leadership, communication, planning and decision-making skills with a quick learning style
Creative capacity to craft, evolve and customize business architecture deliverables
Experience with agile methodologies and engineering concepts preferred
