We’re experiencing growth in our retirement business and looking to add several client service professionals to our teams. These role focus on growing and maintaining strong relationships with our DB and DC retirement plan clients in a variety of ways. With your role, you’ll leverage your retirement knowledge to partner with clients, financial advisors and internal partners to answer questions, creatively solve problems and proactively offer solutions.
Here’s a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
Identify areas of opportunities and development for plan sponsors to grow their plan effectiveness and participant engagement
Consult on plan related activities such as plan design, regulatory issues and administration activities
Drive positive interactions with internal and external partners through each engagement and touchpoint
We’re willing to consider talent at the Sr. Client Service Associate, Client Service Manager and Sr. Client Service Manager levels depending on skillset and experience. Below are the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years related retirement administration experience and/or defined benefit or defined contribution experience - including knowledge of products, regulations, and laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Knowledge and ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences including plans designs, contract documents, administrative processes and regulations.
Ability to balance working independently and within a team setting.
Understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.
Ability to coordinate a large volume of customer activities in a timely manner.
