Directs and oversees all zone operations. Drives operational execution and achievement of business metrics, predictable and accurate forecasting, cash collection management, and Field Engineer (FE) productivity. Pivots between headquarters, competitors, suppliers, and FE’s, to ensure efficient and successful operations. This role is based in the NJ/NY area.
- Provide strategic leadership on deployment and support strategies. 2. Manage and direct peers, providing them with training requirements, development opportunities, and daily support. 3. Interact with customers to address needs and strategic operations. 4. Develop metrics on field service profitability and resource models to maximize productivity. 5. Lead and develop infrastructure/backroom in support of technical requirements. 6. Own VCP processes and targets for the business. 7. Maintain financial actions (e.g., Cash, Past Dues) and consistently follow up. 8. Maintain service inventory records (e.g., Field, Depot repair, Warehouse).
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study and a minimum five years’ experience in an operations leadership role. 2. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals. 3. Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background and analytical mindset. 4. Profit and Loss (P&L) exposure.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with FE’s and customers at all levels.
MBA or master’s degree. 2. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain an upbeat and energized team. 3. Exceptional skills as a change agent and a process-oriented individual. 4. Strong negotiation skills and an ability to influence. 5. Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or an area of expertise. 6. Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
