undefined Job Summary Support relationship with customers and sites. Works directly with customers and internal resources in obtaining requested information, problem resolution, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Performs internal supplemental audits to verify that facility records are in conformance to applicable SOP and regulatory requirements. Ensures systems used in QA are properly maintained. Evaluates responses to inspection reports and performs follow-up with management or others, if needed, to ensure resolution. Notifies management of quality/compliance trends and service failures. Facilitates changes to SOPs, policies, training materials, and other documents for a quality processes. Provide supervisor support on selected, large-scope projects involving data collection and/or research small scope individual topics drafting recommendations to QA management. Implements appropriate verification programs and systems at sites. Performs gap analysis of quality and analyzes monthly trending reports of key quality indicators for specific jobs to ensure continuous quality improvement. Recommends and implements modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. Responds to customer complaints, inquiries and audit requirements with appropriate sense of urgency and business criticality. Support quality failure investigations. Key Skills Persuasive communication skills necessary to collect essential information, answer questions, and direct callers to appropriate personnel in a professional and courteous manner. Developed interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas and government agencies as required. Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around complex, multiple assignments. Intermediate knowledge of computerized applications, for example, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 2 years experience in quality management Physical Requirements Physical demands with activity or condition requiring a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine.Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.
