Co-op services Credit Union Program Coordinator in Des Moines, Iowa
We are seeking a talented Program Coordinatorsupports reporting, data analysis, metrics, process improvement, and tools development. The Program Coordinator may also provide project coordination support to enterprise initiatives as assigned by the PMO. The Program Coordinator manages multiple projects of low to medium complexity. The program coordinator also works with project team members, vendors, industry, and processors to deliver a positive client experience
What You Can Look Forward to
Manage multiple project types and product initiatives for client’s credit and debit card portfolios.
Build and manage a comprehensive project schedule which includes work break down tasks, interdependencies, and lead time for all project team resources.
Delivers effective, accurate, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients and vendors.
Aggressively manages timelines, risks and issues.
Maintains project documentation; ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
Applies generally accepted project management methodology and enforces project standards.
Reacts to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Work as a cross-functional team member in an Agile setting to help complete and deliver the team commitments.
Collaborate within the direct team in accordance with Team Agreement, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done
Regular and reliable attendance.
Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Completion of high school, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years’ project administration experience, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Proficient PC knowledge and the use of standard software packages, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Project.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Intermediate MS PowerPoint skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, driving solutions to completion.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, while meeting demanding deadlines.
Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands with a positive attitude.
Ability to proactively engage leadership when faced with obstacles.
