Overview of Job Function:

Verint, The Customer Engagement Company, is expanding their Product Strategy Group. We’re adding a Product Management Director who will be responsible for driving the product management and strategy of solutions in our Engagement Management portfolio that are targeted for local government and mid-sized enterprise buyers. In this role, you will work cross functionally to define the strategy for Verint’s Engagement Management solutions that will be critical to creating and maintaining competitive advantage, delivering solutions that create significant value for customers, anticipating future product needs, and driving continued market leadership and growth for Verint.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create, own, and evangelize innovative product and service offerings driven by the competitive landscape, market dynamics, industry trends and customers’ articulated needs and pain points.

  • Develop offering packages and go-to-market plans based on input from senior leadership, product management and other internal stakeholders.

  • Responsible for the entire product line life cycle of one or more Verint products from strategic planning to tactical activities.

  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing engagement with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and write positioning materials both internally and externally, reflecting the solution’s unique value proposition.

  • Drive and deliver enablement for sales, presales, partners and services organizations in support of new offering launches.

  • Work closely with highly technical managers and engineering teams to define and resolve product backlogs using Agile methodologies.

  • Manage technology partner relationships that are in support of the business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, business or equivalent work experience.

  • 12 years’ experience working with for a B2B technology vendor providing solutions for larger enterprises.

  • Experience SaaS and Cloud deployment models and High Availability architectures.

  • Experience in defining solutions that apply technology to complex business problems including business justification with ROI analysis.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively across a diverse and matrixed organization

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time both domestic and international.

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

  • The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in B2Benterprise software linked to the Customer Engagement Market
